Southern Utah Scuba provides, including but not limited to:

• Scuba training and certification courses

All services are subject to availability and applicable training agency standards.

• Participants must meet minimum age requirements as defined by the applicable scuba training agency (generally 10 years of age or older for entry-level programs).
   
• Participants must meet medical, swimming, and fitness requirements for scuba diving.
   
• Participation by minors requires parent or legal guardian consent, completion of required waivers, and presence or involvement as required by the program.
   

Southern Utah Scuba reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who does not meet safety, medical, or training requirements.

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
   
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
   
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
   
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or modify bookings if necessary.
   

Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by service, course, or trip and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Missed sessions, no-shows, or late cancellations may be non-refundable.
   
• Weather, safety conditions, or instructor availability may require rescheduling.

• All scuba training follows the standards of the WRSTC and our recognized scuba training agencies.
   
• Certification is not guaranteed and is based on satisfactory completion of academic, confined water, and open water requirements.
   
• Instructors have full authority to delay, suspend, or deny certification if safety or performance standards are not met.
   

Scuba diving and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, illness, or death.

By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to comply with all safety instructions, training requirements, and instructor guidance.

Participation requires execution of a liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement prior to engaging in any diving activity.

• Rental or loaned equipment must be used properly and returned in acceptable condition.
   
• Customers are responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear.
   
• Equipment must not be modified or misused.
   

Southern Utah Scuba may assist with dive travel planning or bookings but is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, dive operators, or transportation services.

Travel participants are responsible for:

• Valid travel documents
   
• Insurance coverage
   
• Compliance with destination requirements
   

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
   
• Interfere with website operation or security
   
• Submit false or misleading information
